3. Giveaway Information
When you enter the Star Web Co. Website Giveaway, Star Web Co. may collect your name, business name, role, email, phone number, business website or social page, industry, Virginia location or service area, website goals, entry timestamp, time zone, eligibility confirmation, rules acceptance, and optional marketing consent.
This information is used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, identify duplicate or fraudulent entries, determine the first 10 eligible entries, select and contact a potential winner, deliver the prize and discounts, maintain promotion records, and comply with legal obligations.
Marketing consent is optional. Selecting the optional checkbox allows Star Web Co. to contact you about website services, business tips, and entrant-only promotional offers. Declining marketing consent does not affect eligibility or odds.

Quote and giveaway forms are processed through Formspree. Form submissions may be stored by Formspree and delivered to Star Web Co. by email or through a Formspree dashboard. Formspree’s handling of information is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

The Star Web Co. client portal uses Firebase services for authentication and project data. Client information may include project details, document status, invoices, payment status, recurring-service status, and support requests. Access is restricted through account authentication and applicable Firebase security rules.

The website uses Google Analytics to understand general website usage. Analytics data may include device type, browser, approximate location, referral source, pages viewed, and interactions. This information is used to improve website performance, content, marketing, and usability.
Web servers, hosting providers, security services, and analytics providers may automatically process IP addresses, timestamps, user-agent data, and diagnostic logs needed to deliver and secure the website.

You may opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting Star Web Co. Administrative giveaway notices, project communications, invoices, and support messages may still be sent when necessary.

Star Web Co. uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a small web-design business. No internet transmission, email system, or online storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Children
This website and the giveaway are not directed to children under 13. The giveaway is limited to entrants age 18 or older. Star Web Co. does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the giveaway.
