Consumer Disclosure

1. Sponsor

The Star Web Co. Virginia Business Website Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Brycen Pekrul, doing business as Star Web Co. (“Sponsor”). Questions may be sent to hello@starwebco.com.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:

• Are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old;
• Own, manage, or are expressly authorized to represent the business entered;
• Represent a lawfully operating business located in Virginia or regularly providing services to customers in Virginia; and
• Agree to these Official Rules.

Sponsor, Sponsor’s contractors directly involved in administering the Promotion, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins July 16, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Formspree’s received timestamp and Sponsor’s records are the official timekeeping records. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are ineligible even if the website form appears available because of a device-clock or technical issue.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit starwebco.com/giveaway.html, complete all required fields, confirm eligibility, accept these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy, and submit the form.

There is no entry fee. No purchase, deposit, sales call, presentation, marketing subscription, social-media share, referral, or agreement to purchase is required.

Limit 1 entry per person and 1 entry per business. When more than one person submits an entry for the same business, Sponsor may retain only the earliest complete and eligible entry. Automated, scripted, fraudulent, false, incomplete, or unauthorized entries are prohibited and may be removed.

5. Early-Entry Discount

The first 10 complete and eligible business entries, determined by the official received timestamp, will each receive a 15% discount on the base price of one qualifying new Star Web Co. website package.

• The discount does not improve the recipient’s chance of winning.
• No purchase is required to receive the discount.
• The discount has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be combined with another promotion.
• The discount does not apply to domains, hosting fees, software, subscriptions, business email, advertising, maintenance, taxes, or other third-party costs.
• To use the discount, the recipient must enter a separate website agreement and pay the deposit required for that paid project by August 31, 2026.

If the grand-prize winner is also among the first 10 eligible entries, the discount may be applied only to separately requested optional upgrades or a separate future qualifying website project.

6. Grand Prize

One verified winner will receive one fully custom five-page business website designed and developed by Star Web Co., with an actual retail value of $1,000.

Included

• Up to 5 standard website pages, with the specific page list agreed upon during project intake;
• Fully custom visual design and page layouts;
• Responsive development for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices;
• The option for 1 standard online contact, consultation, or quote-request form;
• Basic on-page SEO, including page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image alternative text where applicable, sitemap.xml, and robots.txt;
• Basic image optimization using winner-supplied or properly licensed images;
• Standard deployment and connection to an existing compatible domain when technically possible;
• 1 reasonable revision round; and
• 30 days of corrections for confirmed bugs caused by the original build.

Not Included

• Domain registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, or brokerage costs;
• Paid hosting plans, paid software, paid plugins, or third-party subscriptions;
• Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other business-email services;
• E-commerce, online stores, payment processing, memberships, user accounts, databases, or customer portals;
• Advanced booking systems, custom web applications, or integrations beyond a standard form;
• Logo design, complete branding, professional photography, video production, or extensive copywriting;
• Ongoing SEO, advertising, social-media management, or ongoing website maintenance; or
• Any feature not expressly listed as included.

The winner is not required to buy a domain, maintenance plan, upgrade, or any other service to receive the prize. If the winner does not own a compatible domain and chooses not to purchase one, Sponsor will make the completed website available using a no-cost temporary or platform-provided web address selected by Sponsor.

The prize is nontransferable, may not be sold, and has no cash alternative. Optional additions may be purchased only under a separate written agreement and are never required to receive the complete prize.

7. Optional Website Maintenance

Ongoing website maintenance is not included and is not required to enter, win, receive, launch, or keep the completed website. The winner may separately choose a maintenance plan after reviewing its price and scope. Monthly recurring payments will begin only if the winner separately accepts a maintenance agreement and affirmatively authorizes recurring billing. Declining or later canceling optional maintenance will not cause the winner to lose the completed website.

8. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about August 1, 2026, Sponsor will prepare a final list of eligible entries, assign each eligible entry a unique number, and use a computer-generated random selection process to select one potential winner. The odds of winning are 1 divided by the total number of eligible entries received.

Purchasing services, receiving the early-entry discount, subscribing to marketing, attending a meeting, referring another business, or sharing the Promotion will not improve the odds.

9. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number submitted. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the first notification and may be required to confirm identity, age, business ownership or authorization, and acceptance of the prize scope.

The potential winner may also be required to sign a prize acceptance and website project agreement that is consistent with these Official Rules. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, is ineligible, refuses the prize, provides false information, or fails verification, Sponsor may disqualify that person and randomly select an alternate potential winner. No entrant is the official winner until Sponsor confirms eligibility in writing.

10. Project Intake, Content, and Timeline

The verified winner must reasonably cooperate with project intake and provide accurate business information, page content, service descriptions, contact information, logos, photographs, and access credentials reasonably needed to complete the website.

The winner represents that supplied materials are owned by the winner or used with proper permission. Sponsor may reject content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, unsafe, or unsuitable for a professional business website.

The winner must complete initial intake and provide the requested starting materials within 14 calendar days after accepting the prize. Sponsor will provide an estimated production schedule after receiving the required materials. The expected completion time is approximately 4–6 weeks after receipt of complete content and approvals. Delays caused by missing materials, late feedback, access problems, requested scope changes, emergencies, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control may extend that estimate.

If the winner does not respond or provide reasonably requested materials for 30 consecutive days after written notice, Sponsor may pause the project. If the winner remains unresponsive for an additional 14 days, Sponsor may treat the prize as forfeited and select an alternate winner when reasonably practicable.

11. Website Ownership and Portfolio Use

Ownership, licenses, deployment access, and any third-party materials will be addressed in the prize project agreement. Third-party libraries, platforms, fonts, stock assets, and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Sponsor may display the completed website in the Star Web Co. portfolio and identify the winning business as the giveaway winner unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sponsor will request separate permission before using a personal photograph, personal testimonial, or endorsement.

12. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local tax obligations, if any, resulting from acceptance of the prize. Sponsor may request tax documentation or issue reporting documents when required by law.

13. Privacy and Communications

Entry information will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, prevent fraud and duplicates, contact entrants about the Promotion, select and verify the winner, provide the early-entry benefit, and comply with legal obligations. Additional details are provided in the Star Web Co. Privacy Policy.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win. Entrants who select the optional marketing checkbox may receive information about Star Web Co. services and entrant-only offers and may opt out of promotional messages.

14. Prohibited Conduct and Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any entry reasonably believed to involve false or misleading information, unauthorized business representation, duplicate or automated entries, manipulation, interference with the website or drawing, harassment, fraud, or violation of these Official Rules.

15. Technical Problems; Modification or Cancellation

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, blocked, or not received because of internet, browser, email, hosting, device, software, or transmission problems outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, legal restriction, or another event materially affects the integrity or operation of the Promotion, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion as permitted by law. If possible, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the affected event.

16. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from claims arising solely from participation in the Promotion or acceptance and use of the prize, except for liability that cannot legally be excluded. Sponsor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the Promotion or prize.

17. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, TikTok, Google, Formspree, Cloudflare, or any other social-media, technology, or advertising platform through which it may be promoted.

18. Governing Law; Severability

These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19. Winner Announcement

After verification, Sponsor may announce the winning business name and Virginia city on the Star Web Co. website and social accounts. Requests for the winning business name may be sent to hello@starwebco.com within 60 days after the Promotion ends.

20. Acceptance of Rules

Submitting an entry constitutes the entrant’s acknowledgment that the entrant has read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.
